Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment with no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may include a small service fee to cover technician dispatch costs.
For complex repairs or major appliance services, rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to adjust our technician scheduling and parts logistics.
